Sometimes the pain starts in the neck and radiates to the arm and hand. In other cases there is <strong>nerve pain in the arm<\/strong>, which can lead to tingling or loss of strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Neck pain as a cause of arm pain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A common cause of <strong>pain in arm through neck<\/strong> is a pinched nerve. This can be caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wrong attitude<\/strong> \u2013 Sitting behind a screen for long periods of time or working with a bent neck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arthrosis or wear and tear<\/strong> \u2013 Wear and tear on the cervical vertebrae can irritate nerves and cause radiating pain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A hernia in the neck<\/strong> \u2013 A bulging disc can press on a nerve, causing pain and tingling in the arm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
