Door regelmatig te blijven bewegen, kun je dit positief be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beweging helpt om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stijfheid te verminderen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spierkracht te behouden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conditie op peil te houden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dagelijkse handelingen makkelijker uit te voeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Het gaat daarbij niet om intensief sporten, maar om regelmatig en bewust bewegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat helpt bij bewegen met Parkinson?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bewegingen die goed aansluiten bij Parkinson zijn vaak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rustig en gecontroleerd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>herhalend en gestructureerd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gericht op balans en co\u00f6rdinatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Denk bijvoorbeeld aan wandelen in een rustig tempo, oefentherapie of trainen met een vast ritme. Door belasting en rust goed af te wisselen, voorkom je overbelasting. Regelmaat is vaak belangrijker dan intensiteit.
